Cancellation & Modification Policy

Every order is made just for you, so we get started on it quickly. Here's how changes and cancellations work.

You can change or cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it.

Just email us at cs@shinycustom.com with:

• your order number, and
• what you'd like to change (a name, a color, the design, or your shipping address), or that you'd like to cancel.

We'll email you back to confirm once it's done.

After 4 hours, your order is already being made, so we can no longer change or cancel it. This includes the shipping address.

A note on design changes: if you ask us to change the design itself, our team redoes it for you, so your order may take a little longer to ship.

Before you check out, please take a moment to look over the preview, the names and your shipping address. What you see in the preview is what we print.
